This Week’s PKN Vol. 41

This week sees our final PechaKucha Night of the year — it also marks the 7th event we’ve produced this year, compared to the 5 we did last year (and so yes, we’ve done 12 PKNs since relaunching the series in Shanghai in March of 2023). For this event, our Vol. 41, we’ve got a theme again, and this time it’s “Transportation Design.”

As a bonus, I’ll also be doing a presentation — I did one last December, and so I figure it could become a new regular slot for me, as a way to close out the year. The topic will be about how I feel like I got my creative juices flowing again since getting involved with PKN last year, following my move to Shanghai.

The event takes place Thursday, December 5 at Skyline (99 Tianmu West Road), with presentations starting at 19:30. Scan the QR code for tickets.

And what does 2025 look like? We’re again shooting for a (mostly) bi-monthly cadence, with the next event likely happening in February.
