The Evolution of Comment Spam

In recent weeks I’ve noticed suspicious comments on my site that seem legit, but when you look at the URL that was submitted with the comment, it goes to a spam/ad-like site. I’ve seen at least 4-5 instances, and I’m never sure if it’s something I should delete or not. Anyone else notice something similar on their site?
