Fans of the tiny club rejoice!
Bullet’s hasn’t really hosted any huge events so far (partly because it isn’t really a huge space), but with nice little ambient and experimental electronic music parties that often serve as a gateway for young talents, the venue has gained a high reputation across the country. Almost a natural consequence, manager Harry Suran (photo) presents the first Bullet’s compilation CD this month. A series of parties kick off in Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyoo to commemorate this noteworthy release, and showcases at once Bullet’s activities and, as an essence, the CD. Sadly and paradoxically, PsysEx, arguably the biggest name on the bill, appears at the Kansai events, but not at the home game at Bullet’s… The rest however, including live sets by Kim Ken, Chaos and others, is still promising enough to make a visit worthwhile. The event in Tokyo happens November 12, with a start time of 20:00, and 2000 yen entry (includes 1 drink). More info here.
