Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

I just got done watching FINAL FANTASY VII: ADVENT CHILDREN and, well, I’m just blown away. On a visual level, it’s got some of the most insane and thrilling action sequences I’ve seen in a film, and I was literally on the edge of my seat while watching it. Remember those ultra-cool bike sequences from AKIRA? Well, they’ve just been upstaged. As for the storyline, if you’ve played recent Final Fantasy games (especially FF7), then you’ll know what to expect. It’s definitely more interesting than the boring FINAL FANTASY: THE SPIRIT WITHIN bomb from a few years ago.

The film got released this week in Japan on DVD and UMD, and will come out in North America sometime in November.
