The latest from Gas:

    • The latest Gas Book (20) covers London based artists Susumu Mukai and Will Sweeney. It goes on sale June 10. They will celebrate the release with the exhibition “Alakazam!” at Beams T in Harajuku (June 10-26). There will be an opening night party at Saloon Daikanyama, with the artists also DJing (June 10 at 23:30, 3500 yen at the door).
    • The “Hello President, XXXXXX!” line of tees are now on sale. There are 9 models, designed by the following artists: Adapter, Blue Source, Marc Kappeler, Marok, SKISM, Soft Gold, Spotliss, Wiensworld, and Will Sweeney. You can find them at Beams T.
    • Gas is participating in the SOTOKOTO (an ecology-themed magazine) 5th anniversary event, to be held June 1-12 at the Yurakucho Hankyu department store.
    • 10 colors combinations of the Gas shopping bag will be sold at Printemps Ginza June 7-22, at the first floor event space.
    • In their latest newsletter, they recommend the Point gallery in Ebisu.
