Vive l'Acadie!

August 15 marks the anniversary of Japan’s surrender during the Second World War, but it’s also the day of celebration for all Acadiens (the remnants of the first French settlers in America who didn’t go to Quebec). I figured there’d be a better party here, so Moncton definitely beats out Tokyo today. Vive l’Acadie!
