What is this?
The classic Monkey Island graphical adventure game series is revisited in Tales of Monkey Island, an episodic follow-up featuring original hero Guybrush Threepwood.
Why should I care?
Originally released in 2009 on PC and WiiWare, all five episodes have now been released for Mac. The new game acts as the fifth installment in the series, and features the same sort of puzzles — and humor — that fans of the original titles would expect.
Who’s behind it?
Telltale Games, a US developer that now specializes in graphical adventure games (Sam & Max, Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People, Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures).
Where can I get it?
All five episodes of Tales of Monkey Island are available for PC, WiiWare, and now Mac. Telltale Games also plans to port its other adventure games to Mac.

I picked this up as part of the MacHeist package but have yet to play any of it. Is it good times?

That’s how I got it as well! I’m close to finishing the first episode, and have absolutely loved it so far.
