    They had a huge corner selling “Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro” merchandise at LOFT in Ikebukuro. Pictured above are some giant panels from the original manga, branded cans of juice, and some diagrams, and innards, of the various characters from the series.

  • OTAKOOL

  • Japanamerica in Japan

    Roland Kelt’s JAPANAMERICA now has a Japanese edition, and the launch party happens tonight (June 14) at SuperDeluxe (start time is 18:00, with free entry). The celebrations will continue with a few more events, including a night of cosplay at the Pink Cow on June 19.

  • Otaku USA 1

    The first issue of OTAKU USA, a new magazine edited by Patrick Macias, is now out. You should be able to find it at local magazine newsstands, but if not, then you can always subscribe.
