Midnight Eye for December

Midnight Eye has a new update, and it’s again anime heavy: an interview with Kawamoto Kihachiro, a feature called “Japanese Anime and the Animated Cartoon,” as well as reviews of Miyazaki Hayao’s HOWL’S MOVING CASTLE and Kon Satoshi’s TOKYO GODFATHERS. They also review the recent otaku themed film KOI NO MON (OTAKUS IN LOVE), and do a round-up of last month’s Tokyo International Film Festival.

Also, they announce the upcoming release of THE MIDNIGHT EYE GUIDE TO NEW JAPANESE FILM, which I’m sure will be worth picking up.
