Dining Bar Complex

A new dining bar complex is opening today not far from my place. There used to be a family restaurant at the location, and after it closed a month or two ago, I was always wondering what was going to take its place. I only noticed construction taking place maybe a week or two ago, and tonight while coming back home they had the doors open, with someone at the door, and all the traditional bouquets of flower you see at new openings (and from some very famous people at that). The place seems to have 3 different dining bars, one of them called Hokkori (the other two are written in kanji that I can’t read). I’d like to check them out sometime, so somebody please come to Ikebukuro for a visit!
