This is such a weird movie. I probably watched it back in the day, but really didn’t have many memories of it. It’s so weird how it really has absolutely nothing to do with the Michael Meyers saga — although I do love the little nod they do through a TV commercial. The whole premise is just so nuts — killing all kids on Halloween through voodoo-powered microchipped masks. I can’t say it’s good, but it was pretty fun to watch. As for the soundtrack, it’s still by Carpenter (who produced, but didn’t direct), and although not as iconic as the original theme, it’s nice and moody.
