The Great Gatsby

I’m still trying to figure out to what level I liked this film. I definitely liked the art direction, the over-the-top music sequences – actually wish there would have been more of those – and the kinetic editing by Luhrmann. The story itself is ho-hum, and I really didn’t feel like the movie had to be as long as it is (2 and a half hours).
