I dunno, is the first floor supposed to be a storefront or something? Home office? The second floor looks alright but the first floor is a little too public for my taste.

A lot of modern Japanese designs go for open like that. Yeah, I wouldn’t want this in the middle of a city, but out in a secluded area would be nice.
