Hitotoki Paris Accepting Submissions

It was announced not too long ago, and now the site up: Hitotoki Paris, in both French and English flavors, is now accepting submissions. Time to experience something, write about it, and then send it in to our dear friends at Hitotoki HQ!

Update: Not only do they launch a Paris site, but now Shanghai too!
