It’s not enough that Tokyo Art Beat has been THE best resource for bilingual art and design event information, now they’re following it up with a new series of talk events called, appropriately enough, TAB Talks. You can read Paul Baron’s post over at TABlog for all the details on what promises to be a great series, but just to prove how great things are going to get, they’re kicking things off with quite the guest. The inaugural February 26 edition will feature BRUTUS editor Yoshio Suzuki! All events will be bilingual, so this is an amazing opportunity for all Japanese magazine freaks, me included.
In other TAB news, TAB NYC is set to launch in March, and then April will bring a new series of free bimonthly printed art event maps, which should make it that much easier to get as much out of this city as you can when it comes to art and design events.
