		<description>That is either Photoshopped or an old photo from a fortunate angle, surely? Unless I&#039;m mistaken (which is highly probable), the building is not so isolated (this is Odaiba, after all). And from that angle, wouldn&#039;t you you paddling in Tokyo Bay? I&#039;ve never seen that area looking so barren.</description>
