I missed the whole crosswalk thing, but I saw him dancing in front of the JR station. Too bad they didn't get me on camera because I was laughing hysterically. I had no idea the guy is well-known around the city. That's awesome. Also, lesson learned: take your camera with you wherever you go, Lawrence. You never know what's going to happen in this city.
