Tokyo Design Week According to Jean Snow

How’s that for a post title? Quite a few of you have been emailing me asking for tips, suggestions, and recommendations regarding the upcoming Tokyo Design Week (November 1-5, for the most part) — you know, that big-ass celebration of design that brings together the combined forces of Tokyo Designer’s Week, 100% Design Tokyo, Design Tide, and Swedish Style. Fear not, as I’m currently preparing a preview piece — with suggestions on what to catch — for THE JAPAN TIMES. It will appear in the Arts section on November 2 (Thursday).
