2005 Yokohama Triennale in Danger

The latest “Out of Tokyo” column by REALTOKYO and ART iT editor Ozaki Tetsuya takes a look at what seems to be a crisis within the organization of the 2005 Yokohama International Triennale of Contemporary Art — already late by one year, it could get pushed back to 2006.

The article also mentions a blog by independant curator Roger McDonald, Tactical Museum. McDonald is involved with Arts Initiative Tokyo, and the site itself seems to cover art happenings in the city.

Update: Roger McDonald (apologies for your comment getting deleted — a result of my overzelous spam control) has news on who might be the new director: the artist Kawamata Tadashi.
