Compound Cafe

I was at the Compound Cafe today, in Sangenjaya. Very nice space, and neatly divided over 3 narrow floors. The red velvet seats are a nice touch. And the BGM was thankfully non-intrusive. Count me as a new fan. Looking at their website, I see that it’s a Renovation Planning project, who are behind quite a few nice cafe/bar/gallery spaces.

Went there before, very nice place! I had hayashi rice and it was very good too. :)

I didn’t have any food, but they were cooking stuff while I was there, and it smelled really good. I was there with David, and he was saying that the portions are quite small though.

That is also the one of my favorite cafe in San-cha ! The mood of the place at night is very nice,too.

When it started getting dark, they put out some candles, which was nice. We were sitting on the third floor, but I saw on their website that the fourth floor is sort of like a bar area. I definitely want to go there again.
