I was just asking my girlfriend a few days ago whether annin dōfu is made from tōfu, and apparently it isn’t. It seems like it’s just almond flavour stuff with milk and stuff.
I don’t know much about cooking so I can’t get into details. :)
Yeah, you’re right, I just asked Yuko.
Pardon my ignorance,
but is this a “real” phone or just a design “mockup”?
If it is real, is a GSM / UMTS phone? Or does it run on some other weird technology?
That’s a cool-looking phone!
It’s a real phone, it’s just a new addition to the Infobar line (I mentioned them before). There’s more info on the Infobar line (even in English) at the AU site.
jean, do you know if one can mod these phones to work in Europe?
I don’t believe Japanese phones work outside of Japan.
It is a real phone- I’m guessing that it is a PCM/PCN network phone as most Japanese moblie phones are.
Can anyone get a price from Japan. I’d like to get it. I live in Singapore and we have a PCN Network here called GSM1800 so I think I can use it here.
Regards
The other Infobar phones are around 13-15 000 yen I think. I really don’t think the phone’s will work outside of Japan.
I’m extremely interested in this phone and it’s supposed to work outside japan also, but I can’t seem to find a place to buy it anywhere…
Does anybody know where to buy one of these beauties?

PauseTalk is a regular series of events that take place at Cafe Pause on the first Monday of every month, with a start time of 20:00. The idea is to create a forum where Tokyo-based creatives can get together and discuss their own projects, as well as cultural currents of the city. The next edition happens May 12.
