The Console Wars

Jim Frederick takes a look at the console wars (with a focus on Nintendo) in this week’s edition of TIME ASIA. I have to say that I am and always have been a huge Nintendo fan, and it’s still my platform of choice. The games I most want to play are always theirs because they’re just plain fun. I find that the so-called mature games you find on other consoles are all atmosphere and graphics, but when it comes down to it, they’re not that fun. I’m still enjoying the hell out of METROID PRIME, which I alternate with small doses of F-ZERO. Nobody’s taking my GameCube away from me!
